Workshops, Classes & Training
I have been working, teaching and facilitating groups for over a decade, across mental health services, community settings, and universities. This work draws on my training in Process Oriented Psychology, Body-Mind Centering®, and Contact Improvisation, as well as my research into embodied approaches to wellbeing at King’s College London.
What I offer includes:
- Contact Improvisation workshops and jams, taught nationally and internationally
- Movement and somatic awareness classes
- Workshops in Process Work and group facilitation
- Training for practitioners working with the body in therapeutic or educational contexts
- Community arts and creative practice groups
My teaching is informed by years of clinical practice in the NHS and an ongoing personal practice. I bring both rigour and warmth to the work — and a genuine interest in what becomes possible when people explore these things together.
