Sensing, Feeling and Action

A series of four Tuesday Classes based on Body-Mind Centering™ (near Angel)

These 7-9pm classes will focus on embodying different aspects of ourselves through movement, touch, imagery and guided explorations. We will use anatomy and movement principles to better feel, experience and understand our own bodies and movement potential. Classes will intermix theory with practice, with plenty of time to integrate and explore how this resonates in our own living bodies.

Each Tuesday Class will have a specific theme:

Tuesday 25th of June:
Hips and Feet – Finding Ground and Ease through our Pelvis and Lower Limbs

Tuesday 2nd of July:
Organic Movement – Heart and Lungs – finding support and vitality through our Organs

Tuesday 9th of July
Early Development Movement Patterns – the ground for complex movements

Tuesday 16th of July:
Spine – a deeper look at the spine and supports for it

Classes are open to all and no previous experience needed. Please bring comfortable clothing to move in.
